I am a native of Hickory, North Carolina.  I attended Appalachian State University and Lenoir-Rhyne University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.  I completed Massage Therapist training at Natural Touch School of Massage Therapy in Hickory, NC.

I have 15 years of massage therapy experience ranging from working in a multi-therapist setting, working with Crossfit athletes locally and at regional competition levels, to managing my own home-based massage therapy business since July 2008.  

As a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist, I specialize in relieving pain, improving range of motion and functional movement, reducing stress and facilitating the healing process for my clients.  I use Swedish Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Thai Foot Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage, Sports Massage, and Negative Pressure Cupping to achieve positive outcomes.  I continue to further my skills through ongoing education and training.  My goal is to provide pain relief, relaxation, healing, and overall enhanced well-being to clients.
